    Yes, attendees will be responsible for the drinks. We suggest you bring a cooler to haul drinks/food to the event grounds for convenience. Absolutely no alcohol is permitted on the event grounds, parking lot, or camping area.

  • What is seating like at the festival?
    Harvest Fest is an outdoor festival. Attendees may bring lawn chairs, blankets, umbrellas, and shade tents (for designated areas). Some seating will be provided and is on a first come, first served basis.
  • Are Strollers Permitted?
    Yes, strollers are permitted and may be very useful. However, we ask you keep in mind terrain is rough so we encourage cautious and to use strollers at your own risk.
  • Can I bring pets?
    Pets will not be permitted on the beach, or within the parameters of the worship grounds. However, they will be permitted in the camping area on leash. We kindly ask that owners pick up after their furry friends.
  • Can I choose my volunteer shift times?
    When completing your application, choose your preferred area, though we cannot guarantee specific assignments. Your flexibility is appreciated, and we'll strive to accommodate your preferences as much as possible. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to Harvest Fest!
  • Can I come just for one day?
    Certainly! Whether you can join us for one day or the entire event, your presence is valued. We welcome everyone to participate in the festival based on their availability. Feel free to come and experience the joy, worship, and community for the time that suits you.

    This event is completely FREE to attend. The only place to spend your money will be at the food trucks.
  • Is there a security check?
    Harvest Fest reserves the right to search ALL bags, strollers, or other storage devices, to ensure the safety of all our patrons, if deemed necessary.

    Smoking is permitted in designated areas located off the festival grounds.     Yes, attendees are responsible for their meals and snacks. There will be food trucks on the grounds to purchase meals over the weekend. We suggest bringing food that is easy to bring to the event grounds so you don't have to run back to your camper to eat. Picnic lunches are wonderful if you like eating out on the grass during the worship times.

  • Is there on-site parking available, and is it free?
    Yes! Parking is on site and it is also free. There will be a short walk to the festival grounds.
  • Are we allowed to make fires while camping?
    Fires are only allowed in designated fire pits and designated areas.
  • Can we camp beside our friends, or save camping spots for friends arriving later?
    For the sake of simplicity and due to limited space we are setting campers in on a first come first serve basis. If you would like to park next to your friends, we suggest arriving together. Or arrive and make friends with your neighbours, I am sure they will richly add to your life. The camping area isn't very large, so walking to campers is convenient.
